TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome! These Terms & Conditions explain how our affiliate program works—how tracking and attribution happen, what you earn, and how you’re paid.
In short: you promote using your unique ClickBank link, ClickBank tracks qualifying sales, and you earn 50% of the advertised price on qualifying sales of the core enrollment.
Payouts are made through ClickBank. If anything elsewhere conflicts with this page, this page controls. Campaign-specific details (like pricing, bonuses, or payout cadence) will be provided in the Affiliate Info Guide and be emailed to you.

Affiliate Registration

  • Registration & approval. Participation is by application. We may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate at our sole discretion.

  • ClickBank use — tracking and payouts. We use ClickBank® for affiliate sales tracking and commission payouts. Keep your ClickBank account (payee info, tax forms, payout threshold/frequency) up to date to receive payouts.
    Specific payout cadence—whether lump-sum or installment (Options 1 or 2)—will be detailed below and in the Affiliate Info Guide that be emailed to you.

  • Account changes. You are responsible for keeping your contact details and payout information current.

  • Termination by affiliate. You may leave the program at any time by notifying us.

Promotion Rules

To protect the brand and stay compliant:

  • Laws & platforms. Follow all applicable laws and platform policies (including FTC advertising rules). Use accurate, non-misleading claims and disclosures.

  • Traffic quality. No spam, bots, co-registration, safelists, purchased lists, or deceptive funnels.

  • Brand use. Do not impersonate The Wholesale Formula (TWF) or our team. Do not register domains/handles that appear official or confusingly similar.

  • Search ads. No bidding on our brand names, misspellings, or brand+generic term combinations. Do not use our brand in display URLs.

  • Community conduct. Do not directly solicit or pressure our prospects/community members to buy through you (no “customer poaching”).

  • Creative ownership. Use official assets we provide or your original work. Do not copy other affiliates’ materials.

  • Bonuses you offer. If you promise your own bonus, you are solely responsible for delivery and support.

Affiliate Resources

  • We will provide promotional assets (emails, images, copy guidelines). Use them as provided unless we authorize changes.

  • Affiliate status does not include free access to TWF.

  • For campaign specifics, refer to the Affiliate Info Guide.

Earning Affiliate Commission

  • Commission rate. You earn 50% of the advertised price of the core enrollment on each qualifying sale.

  • Current prices:
    Prices may change depending on bonuses or services offered.

    • Pay-in-Full: $2,997

    • Payment plan: 4 Ă— $897

  • “Advertised price” (definition). The public price shown at checkout after any TWF coupon/discount, excluding taxes, third-party financing/processing fees, and foreign exchange fees.

  • Tracking & attribution (ClickBank).
    Use your unique ClickBank hoplink. A sale qualifies only when the customer purchases through your unique ClickBank link and the order remains past the refund window.

  • Refund window. The standard refund window is 30 days from purchase (unless a different period is clearly shown at checkout for a specific offer).

  • Reassignment (buyer-requested). If a buyer contacts us about an obvious link mistake, we may consider a one-time attribution change at our discretion, subject to what ClickBank permits.

  • Payment plans. Commission is earned per collected installment (no commission on failed or refunded installments).

  • Upsells / add-ons. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, commission applies to the core enrollment only.

  • No commission on fraudulent/test orders, cancelled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks, or uncollected installments.

 

Affiliate Commission Payouts (via ClickBank)

  • Who pays. ClickBank pays your commissions on our behalf. To receive payouts you must:

    (1) maintain a ClickBank account in good standing; and
    (2) set your payment method, payout frequency, and threshold in ClickBank.

  • Eligibility timing. A transaction’s commission becomes eligible after the 30-day refund window for that transaction ends and any other applicable conditions are met.

  • Payout options. We use two standard options:

    • Option 1 — Lump-Sum After Refund Window: Eligible commissions are grouped and paid as a single lump-sum via ClickBank, subject to your payout threshold/settings.

    • Option 2 — Installment Payouts: For payment-plan enrollments, each collected installment’s commission is paid separately once that installment becomes eligible, subject to your payout threshold/settings.

  • Dates & cadence. Specific commission cadence—whether lump-sum or installment (Options 1 or 2)—will be detailed in the Affiliate Info Guide and will be emailed to you.
    We will reach out via email to active affiliates with sales to verify payout information and confirm payout option preference.

  • Clawbacks. If a sale is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed. If it was already paid, the amount will be deducted from future payouts (negative balance carry-forward).

  • Taxes. ClickBank handles year-end tax reporting as required. Ensure your tax forms are complete and current in ClickBank.

Offers

  • Affiliate-provided bonuses. If you offer a bonus, you are responsible for delivering and supporting it. TWF is not liable for third-party or affiliate-provided bonuses.

  • Offer changes. Pricing, bonuses, and services may change. When a promotion specifies terms different from this page, those specific terms apply to that promotion only.

Terms

  • Program changes. We may update these Terms & Conditions. The version on this page controls over prior versions or other materials.

  • Violations. We may suspend or terminate your participation for violations of these Terms, applicable laws, platform rules, or actions we deem harmful to the brand.
