COST OF ENROLLMENT TERMS

I recognize that FTF has provided me with two enrollment options:

OPTION #1: PAY-IN-FULL ($1,997)
Single, upfront payment of $1,997 (Includes 30-day, no questions asked refund policy.)

OPTION #2: PAYMENT PLAN ($2,188)
A non-refundable deposit of $574 at the time of enrollment and the remaining $1,641 spread among 3 monthly payments of $574 each.

I understand that the 3 monthly payments will be deducted from my card every 30 days after my initial payment. (Does NOT include a refund policy.)

OPTION #1: PAY-IN-FULL TERMS

By enrolling in The FastTrack Formula with a payment of $1,997, I am thereby choosing Option #1: Pay-In-Full and agree to the following Pay-In-Full Terms:

I am eligible for a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of my enrollment in The FastTrack Formula.

To be eligible for a refund, I must submit a request via email to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your original payment date. The FTF Team will acknowledge and process the refund within two (2) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take approximately five to seven (5-7) business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

If I request a refund beyond my original 30 days of purchase, my refund request will be denied.

OPTION #2: PAYMENT PLAN TERMS (4 PAYMENTS)

By enrolling in The FastTrack Formula with an initial payment of $574, I am thereby choosing Option #2 Payment Plan and agree to the following Payment Plan Terms:

If any of my payments are not received for any reason by the due date, The FastTrack Formula reserves the right to immediately revoke access to any of the content mentioned below.

My original payment of $574 (made at the time of enrollment) is a non-refundable deposit and will NOT be refunded under any circumstance. I recognize that if I request a refund at any time, that request will be denied.

The card I use to make my original deposit of $574 (at the time of enrollment) will be automatically charged with my remaining 3 payments at 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days from my original payment date.

I acknowledge that, should I decide to cancel any succeeding payments for the payment plan, I must send an email to FTF Support within 29 days from the date of my purchase/enrollment or before the next installment is due to avoid getting charged.

Payment plan payments received for The FastTrack Formula will not be refunded for any reason, even if I do not complete all 4 monthly payments and lose access to the items listed above.

I may change from Option #2: Payment Plan ($2,188) to Option #1: Pay-In-Full ($1,997) if I complete the following steps within 29 days of my original payment (date of enrollment).

Step 1) Email [email protected] that I want to switch from payment plan to pay-in-full.

Step 2) Authorize that my card on file (or provide a new card) may be charged the remaining balance of $1,403 within 29 days of my original payment/enrollment in FTF.

PRODUCT TERMS

By enrolling in The FastTrack Formula, I agree to the following Product Terms:

The FastTrack Formula is a digital product consisting of an online training program that includes video lessons, action tasks, and resources to guide me in growing my own wholesale-based business.

The FastTrack Formula is NOT a physical product, nor a live training.

My purchase of The FastTrack Formula entitles me access to the following based on the release schedule provided:

The FastTrack Formula Members Area, consists of:
- 6-week training videos on The FastTrack Formula - immediately released at the time of enrollment
- Six training modules of video lessons and action-step tasks
  - Module 1 - Immediately released at the time of enrollment
  - Module 2 - Immediately released at time of enrollment
  - Module 3 - Immediately released at time of enrollment
  - Module 4 - Immediately released at time of enrollment
  - Module 5 - Immediately released at time of enrollment
  - Module 6 - Immediately released at time of enrollment
  - The Business Owners Playbook - Immediately released at time of enrollment
  - Listing Optimization Formula - Immediately released at time of enrollment
- Resource Vault - Individual content in the Resource Vault will be released with its corresponding module
- Exclusive Services & Discounts - Individual service & discount info will be released below video lessons with its corresponding module

The FastTrack Formula Session Dashboard

I recognize that The FastTrack Formula training program was designed for me to follow lesson-by-lesson, task-by-task, in order (with the option to reference Vault Videos as needed). This format is intended to encourage me to learn the reverse sourcing business model and simultaneously take action as I progress through The FastTrack Formula program. While each lesson and task has been made available to me for my benefit to push me to take action and hold me accountable, it is not a requirement.

I consent to join the email list for all information, updates, and newsletters regarding The FastTrack Formula. I recognize that I may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" button in any email received or by request to [email protected].

I recognize that The FastTrack Formula results vary and are not guaranteed. The success I have is largely dependent on the actions that I take.

LIFETIME FTF COACHING SUPPORT TERMS

Lifetime FTF Coaching Support was included in my enrollment as a bonus at no additional cost to me.

My Access to FTF Coaching Support begins immediately and cannot be delayed nor postponed.

I will have the opportunity, but am not required, to attend Live Q&A Sessions with FTF Coaches.

I understand that a FTF Coaching Support Q&A Meet-up schedule will be available to me inside the FTF Coaching Support Community, but that it may not always accommodate me.

I understand that should I not attend a Live Q&A Session for any reason, I am not entitled to a private coaching session.

I understand that I will be able to access all Q&A Session recordings inside the FTF Coaching Support Community within 48 business hours of the live session.

I understand it is my own responsibility, not that of FTF Coaches nor the FTF Team, to follow The FastTrack Formula training, complete video lessons, and tasks, attend scheduled Q&A sessions, and interact in the FTF Coaching Support forums/circles.

I acknowledge that during my access of FTF Coaching Support, I will have access to various forums/circles to interact with Coaches and other new students, as well as view the schedule, see prior recordings and attend future live Q&A Sessions/Meet-ups.

I understand that FTF Coaching Support is not a one-on-one coaching program, but instead access to group forums/circles and group, live video Q&As.

I will not have private sessions with a FTF Coach nor am I entitled to receive direct correspondence from a FTF Coach outside of Live Q&A Sessions and the FTF Coaching Support forums/circles.
